Dr. BADRI BAJAJ

Dr. Badri Bajaj is a passionate teacher, trainer, keen researcher, and coach. Dr. Bajaj received “The 100 Best Global Coaching Leaders Award” from CHRO Asia and World HRD Congress in Feb., 2017. He has published articles in the peer-reviewed journals, reputed magazines, and newspapers. He has 20 years of teaching and training experience. He has conducted Executive Development programs and training sessions on leadership for senior management and supervisors in IT organizations, the retail sector, the Indian Navy, and professional associations in India, the USA and the UK. He has provided Leadership Coaching to Senior Management professionals (Vice-Presidents) in IT organizations. He has taught Organizational Behavior, Training and Development, Life Skills, and Positive Psychology to PG and UG students. His work is featured in media in India and the USA. His research on leadership is used in a Coursera MOOC, ‘Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence’ and in M.B.A. and Ph.D. syllabi in universities in the USA and Europe. He is a faculty member with Jaypee Institute of Information Technology University, Noida, India.
He has six years of community service experience in leadership positions in not-for- profit organizations. He is serving as President on the Board of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Delhi-NCR Chapter for the 2 nd term (2021-23). He has also served on the Board of ICF Delhi-NCR Chapter as Director Education & Research for the 2015-2017 term. He envisioned & chaired the largest professional coaching conference in Asia in Feb. 2020. Under his leadership, the ICF Delhi NCR chapter won the ‘Gift of Giving’ award from ICF Global in April 2020. He is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has provided coaching services to individuals in 15 countries. He has mentored and coached more than 100 students for career, leadership, and life goals.

A career and life coach. Senior HR professional with 35 years of experience in the corporate world. Passionate coach for students, entry level and mid, level professionals with career challenges. Worked with NGO’s & number of women professionals facing challenges of career transition and work life balance. Successfully established some of them in their entrepreneurial journey. MBA and completed Coach Training. A die-hard traveller and photographer of everything beautiful in the world.

He helps senior executives see invisible opportunities so that they unleash their best potential. A Certified Sales Consultant from RAIN Group, a global top 25 selling power organisation Koushik is also Founder Director of Career Clinic to help young students identify and pursue enjoyable career options. He has been in the business of learning and development for nearly half my career.
He brings in two decades of experience in customer service, business development, sales, over and above an entrepreneurial venture of another decade. His forte has been IT products and services, skill development, sales consulting & training, and learning services.
PRADEEP NATARAJAN
Pradeep Natarajan dons various hats as an Executive & Leadership Coach, Business Coach and Strategic Consultant. With a high potential career spanning 24+ years in the corporate and business world, he has worked in business leadership roles as a business owner, strategic consultant, executive leadership coach and mentor successfully creating “coaching-centric workplaces”. With a vision to be a catalyst for transformation of more than five million lives, He is the founder of Riva Logic Consulting a boutique Management Consulting advisory firm specialising in business and people transformation through Coaching, training & Strategic Consulting. He is currently Secretary & Director Outreach of ICF Pune Charter Chapter. He is Marshall Goldsmith certified SCC global leadership coach and an ICF PCC. He has been one of the founding committee members of the ICF India Coaching Awards in India and has been the Awards administrator for the 1st and 2nd edition of these awards.
He has been a part of many startup bootcamps and mentored many startups up in the last 20 years. He is currently a mentor for Indian Institute of Management Nagpur’s PGP Program.
