Latha Emmatty Gupta (PCC) is a Leadership and Team coach. With three decades of corporate experience including executive and board positions with global corporations , her work focuses on the human dimension of leadership. She is the founder of OD Mantra, a boutique coaching , OD consulting and leadership development firm. Latha is passionate about mindful leadership and a long time meditation and yoga teacher trainer. She holds International Yoga Alliance’s esteemed credentials of E-RYT 500 and YACEP. She also serves in various Director roles including being the Director Learning and Programs at ICF Charter Chapter , Pune. She is a regular speaker at industry forums and corporates on leadership and well-being. She is a practitioner level team coach with expertise in one to many coaching, both in group and team formats. She volunteers with ICF for curation and supporting awards /paper evaluation for conclaves in India and ICF Global.

Raj Dharmaraj (PCC) has over three decades of experience in the IT industry, spanning multiple global leadership roles across business-technology consulting, account management and HR. He currently heads the HR M&A Strategic Deals function for India & APAC at Cognizant and is responsible for various aspects of talent services strategy, solutioning and implementation for employee transitions.
Raj is incumbent President of ICF – Chennai Charter Chapter, and has been actively involved in internal coaching for the several years, as part of his organization’s “Leadership Gym” coaching program, His certifications include the Cultural Orientations Framework (COF) for leading & coaching across cultures, and Marshall Goldsmith certification related to facilitation & change.
Raj’s areas of interest include career transitions, change management, personal development, mindfulness and emotional wellness. He holds a PGDBM from XLRI, and is a Fulbright Fellow, having completed the Leadership in Management program from Carnegie Mellon University. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, yoga, golf and travel.

TUSHIMA MUKHERJEE
Tushima is an Executive Coach with over 25 years of experience in the field of Talent Management and Leadership Development.She is an empaneled Coach and Assessor with select global consulting firms, and a Faculty Mentor at her alma mater, the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, India. Tushima has held human resources leadership positions at leading organizations across Infra, Finance, Office Automation and Technology organizations, including Xerox, IDFC, and Wipro Ltd. Her accomplishments include design and management of HR practices at IDFC during its start-up years, and setting up Wipro’s Distinguished Member of Technical Staff program, the first of its kind by an Indian IT Services organization.
She has coached senior leaders and executives across industries, geographies and cultures, including from Fortune 500 companies. She has delivered coaching in different development formats, including Classic one-to-one individual coaching, Group coaching and Team Coaching.
