ICF India Coaching Awards

The first of its kind the ICF India Coaching Awards was launched in 2022. Continuing the tradition as an exciting part of the ICF India Coaching Conclave 2023, the International Coaching Federation’s Delhi Charter Chapter in collaboration with ICF Mumbai Charter Chapter, ICF Bengaluru Charter Chapter, ICF Chennai Charter Chapter, ICF Hyderabad Chapter and ICF Pune Charter Chapter, brings to you the most prestigious ICF India Coaching Awards 2023. The awards aim to recognize and celebrate the organizations and individual coaches who have demonstrated a remarkable commitment to advancing the art, science and practice of professional coaching within their ecosystems and beyond. The winners will be presented their awards during the ICF India Coaching Conclave on 17th March 2023.

ICF India Coaching Excellence Awards: For Coaches

These awards celebrate the best of the coaching profession and International Coaching Federation (ICF). Coaching Excellence Award winners are experienced coach practitioners who have made their mark on ICF and the coaching profession. You may nominate yourself or another coach you feel should be recognized with this honor.

This award has three categories:

  • ICF India Coaching Excellence Rising Star Award
  • ICF India Coaching Excellence Trailblazer Award
  • ICF India Coaching Excellence Guru Award

ICF India Prism Awards: For Organisations

The ICF India Prism Award 2023 is based on the ICF International Prism Award Program. Since 2005, the International Prism Award program has celebrated businesses and organisations that have built strong coaching cultures to demonstrate the positive effects of coaching.

The ICF India Coaching Prism Award is a country level award for companies and organizations based out of India. This award sets an organisation apart from others and differentiates the quality of its achievements, performance and results. ICF India Prism Awards will accept submissions from an organisation or an individual division within an organisation.

Whether you are an internal or external coach, you may nominate an organization that you work with.

This award has four categories:

  • Less than 200 employees
  • Between 201 and 2,000 employees
  • Between 2,001 and 10,000 employees
  • Over 10,001 employees
